I can't seem to get this coupon offer to print. Why am I having difficulty?

First 
Don't close the window while trying to solve the problem. Depending upon how fast your Internet connection is, your personalized coupon could take a few minutes to generate and "talk" to your printer. This process should not take longer than 15 minutes.
 
Second 
Check the following for printer readiness:
 
1. Is your printer on?
2. Is your printer cable firmly plugged into both the computer and printer?
3. Do you have enough toner or ink?
4. Do you have printer paper in the caddy?
5. Did you lose your Internet connection?
6. Did you select the printer you actually want to send the print job to?
 
If these don't solve the problem, try printing a test page from the network-connected printer to learn if it's a local printer issue (consult your specific model's manual for instructions on doing so). Or, if you are using Microsoft Windows, visit their troubleshooting guide athttp://support.microsoft.com/kb/308028. If you are using Mac OS X, visit their troubleshooting guide at http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3147.
